Pregnancy Exercise for Career Women
Are you pregnant woman who fill out daily activities by working in the office? Working in the office in a state of pregnancy would be very tired and your movement becomes very limited. Moreover, you have to sit in front of a desk and computer. Maybe this will be faster you feel tired.
Fatigue and tension that you feel can be reduced. You can do pregnancy exercise while sitting in office chair. You just do the five movements of stretch stiff muscles due to working, like the following:
- Rotate your head. First, let your shoulder and your neck in a state of relaxation. Then you do a movement and then bowed his head rotated slowly clockwise. Do it 3 times and then repeat again with a different direction.
- Flex your neck, to perform this movement, you have to tilt the head to the right ear near the shoulder and hold for 20 seconds. Then do it again in the opposite direction. Perform 3 times.
- Stretch your hands. You should stretch hands forward until parallel to the position of the shoulders, palms in the open position. Then try to pull the palm of the hand in the opposite direction.
- 4. Do shrugged movement. This position is done by sitting with back straight and raised his shoulders to near the position until you feel pressure on the neck and shoulders.
- 5. Do the Piriformis stretch movement. This position is done by putting the right ankle over your left knee bent and then maintain your back to remain straight. Hold for 10 seconds.
