Choose childbirth methods that suitable for you
Before time of childbirth arrived, the doctor will predict the time when you will childbirth. As they knew it then doctor would give a choice about the childbirth methods would you choose. Childbirth methods are divided into four namely:
- Give birth in hospital maternity. This is the first option chosen by mostly couple. Maternity hospital is more comfortable because they are supported by complete equipment. Therefore, you must select a maternity hospital that is closest to your location. Or you can choose because it is your favorite. Involve your husband in the decision.
- The natural childbirth. It is the easiest childbirth which is safe for infants and mothers. You will feel a little sick but do not worry because this time using painkillers.
- Caesarean surgery. Caesarean surgery as a step taken in anticipation of the birth process is difficult and can threaten the safety of mother and baby. This is a safe choice when normal deliveries can’t be done.
- Maternity by using the water. This type is called water birth and birthing methods that are often chosen by some expectant mothers. It can reduce the stress experienced by mothers and babies. Before choosing this, ask about any facilities offered by the maternity hospital.

Learn the method of childbirth, what is the best and safe for you. You also must know about what kind of drug is used during the birth process in progress. When birth process is in progress, ask your husband to stay along your side.
